Emily started dancing at her secondary school, in Devon, where she studied GCSE and A-Level Dance and performed across the UK with Devon Youth Dance for three years. She graduated from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance with a BA(hons) in 2009, where she worked with choreographers Debbie Purtil, Hagit Bar and Antonia Groves. Emily recently joined the Shobana Jeyasingh Dance Company as an apprentice and has performed in two productions with the Company.
